Stimulation and selection of cytotoxic T lymfocytes against specific tumor antigen in patients with multiple myeloma

Up to date methods used immunomagnetical cell separation  allow selection of immunocompetent cells subtypes and their next cultivation.  We would like to acquire T lymphocytes population with antimyeloma cytotoxic effect during this grant project. Report about succesfull acquiring of these cells are not often. Reactivation of specific T cells by tumor antigen could verify creating of memory cells with specific tumor immunity.  Aim of whole project is suggestion of methodology for evaluation of immuological answer of used antitumor vaccines in clinical protocoles of new generation and also to verify possibility of preaparing of specific cytotoxic T cells in patints with multiple myeloma.
