The Center for Precision Medicine of the University Hospital Brno brings together experts from various fields of precision medicine and their clinical and research activities into one joint interdisciplinary center. The Center aims at coordinated and efficient development in this field, which will also enable rapid implementation of new technologies and approaches of precision medicine into clinical practice and thus ensure the availability of the most advanced diagnostic and therapeutic solutions for patients of the University Hospital Brno.

- Department of Laboratory Medicine, University Hospital Brno (FN Brno) and Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University (LF MU)
- Department of Medical Genetics and Genomics, University Hospital Brno (FN Brno) and Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University (LF MU)
- Department of Pathology, University Hospital Brno (FN Brno) and Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University (LF MU)
These departments closely cooperate with other departments of University Hospital Brno, inter alia the Consiliary Palliative Team at the Internal Hematology and Oncology Clinic (for adult patients) and the Palliative Team of the Pediatric Hospital and the Guidance Center (for pediatric patients).
Key bodies for the implementation of precision medicine are multidisciplinary indication boards.
The Center for Precision Medicine is an independent organizational unit within the structure of the University Hospital Brno. Its advisory body is the Advisory Board, its executive body is the Executive Board, and it is managed by the head of the Center for Precision Medicine.
