This retrospective study summarizes our center’s experience with the clinical management of relapsed pediatric ependymomas based on the results of comprehensive molecular profiling. The study confirmed the feasibility of this approach and its favorable safety profile. Particularly promising was the observed effect of immunotherapy in patients with ZFTA-positive ependymomas.
