Vaccination against COVID-19 in FN Brno

Vaccination of children 5 to 11 years old               

Register at https://registrace.mzcr.cz/ and choose COMIRNATY 5-11 vaccine.

Working hours for small children:

THURSDAYS  1 pm – 5:30 pm

 

Vaccination of children 12+ and adults

Register at crs.mzcr.cz and choose COMIRNATY (Pfizer).

During working hours it is possible to come without registration too.

Working hours for teenagers and adults:

THURSDAYS    1 pm – 5:30 pm

Do you have no health insurance or a commercial one?

If you have a health insurance in EU country please come to our vaccination center with your insurance card and ID or passport.

If you have a commercial health insurance in CZ (for example „white card“ from VZP or MAXIMA, ERGO, UNIQA, SLAVIA…) you should pay for a vaccination on site and then ask your insurance company for a refund.

With no health insurance you could be vaccinated after paying on site.

The cost is 400 CZK for one dose (809 CZK in case you do not have a long term visa or residence permit in CZ). Payment by card or cash is possible.

How to get to our vaccination center?

by foot:

The best is to enter from Jihlavská street (close to bus stop Stará nemocnice), then turn right and follow red arrows. The other entrances to FN Brno are available and provided with red arrows too.

by car:

Parking is possible at Netroufalky street or anywhere around FN Brno (Jihlavská or Kamenice street). Only disabled persons could enter by car from Jihlavská or Kamenice street gates.

Vaccination certificate

Immediately after vaccination ready to be downloaded from ocko.uzis.cz after log in with e-mail adress, phone number and date of birth. If you have any problem with that please do not hesitate to ask our staff for help.

 

Do you need to convert your vaccination record to EU certificate?

You will need to have a vaccination record in English from an official vaccination authority and your passport. The vaccine must be from Pfizer, Moderna, Astra-Zeneca, Johnson&Johnson or Novavax (not Sinovac, Sinopharm, Sputnik…). The cost is 200 CZK (cash/card).
